Even you can say མ་རེད། མ་རེད། ངས་བོད་སྐད་སྦྱང་དང་སྦྱང་བཞིན་པ་ཡིན། / ངས་ད་དུང་བོད་སྐད་སྦྱང་གི་ཡོད། (སྦྱང་དང་སྦྱང་བཞིན། expresses continuity).
